It can be incredibly frustrating to have plantar fasciitis, particularly when you've tried lots of different treatments to try and alleviate your pain. Most of the time the reason this condition doesn't go away is because the root cause has not been successfully treated.

Plantar fasciitis is a condition causes by multiple factors. Each of those factors must be treated in order to relieve it. The factors that cause plantar fasciitis by themselves or in combination include: poor foot mechanics, tight calf muscles, overweight, running or other high impact exercises, and wearing shoes with poor support.
